一 | (ECNS) -- China's economy maintained a stable trajectory in the first seven months of 2026, with growth momentum shifting toward new drivers and higher-quality structures, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Monday. Industrial output rose 5.3% year on year, while the services production index gained 4.7%. Foreign trade totaled 30.13 trillion yuan ($4.47 trillion), up 17.3% from a year earlier. Retail sales of goods and services increased 2.6%, with services up 5.0% and goods up 1.1%. NBS said investment in technology innovation and industrial upgrading continued to grow, supporting the transition to new momentum and improved economic structure. 
。 本报讯 记者陈晶涛报道 为进一步防范化解重特大水旱灾害风险，全力以赴做好防汛抗旱各项工作，7月24日，全区在金星镇古城子村、于家窝铺村组织举行2024年南票区山洪灾害危险区域应急救援综合演练，通过“练指挥、练协同、练战法、练保障”，有效提升洪涝、台风灾害的防范应对能力和突发事件协同处置能力。
此次演练分为危险区域群众安全转移和水上应急救援两个项目。
二 | 演练现场模拟了金星镇古城子村附近区域遭遇强降雨天气，在区防汛抗旱指挥部的统一指挥调度下，各部门、镇、村紧急启动应急响应，联防联动，展开应急处置，提前转移危险区域群众。 演练现场，各方阵队列整齐，精神饱满，现场秩序井然。演练过程中，各参演部门和参演人员行动迅速，分工明确、组织严密、协同作战，充分展示了防汛应急演练的实战应急能力，检验了防汛应急预案的可操作性、实用性和科学性，取得了预定演练效果，达到了演练目的，对全面提升全区防汛应急水平和实战经验积累、确保汛期安全具有重要意义。
