各园保健医根据小、中、大年龄段动作发展目标制定幼儿体测标准,随机从各班抽取幼儿进行体测。本次评测的项目有立定跳远、沙包投掷、双脚连续跳、折返跑等。体测中,老师有序组织,孩子们个个精神饱满,让我们跟着镜头看看孩子们的精彩瞬间吧!
折返跑
孩子们就像一群欢乐的小鹿,站在起跑线上,眼神里充满期待与兴奋。当口令响起,他们如离弦之箭般冲出去,小小的身影在跑道上飞驰。
沙包投掷
小小的沙包在孩子们的手中仿佛变成看威力十足的“炸弹”,我们来比一比谁的“炸弹”扔得远。
跳圈
跳圈项目更是趣味十足。色彩斑斓的塑料圈在操场上有序排列,就像一个个等待挑战的关卡,孩子们如同灵动的小精灵,双脚准确地条进圈里,接着又迅速地跳到下一个圈。
立定跳远
瞧,孩子们站在起跳线前,眼神中透露出专注与坚定,随着老师一声令下,孩子们犹如弹簧向前跳跃。
走平衡木
走平衡木主要反映了幼儿平衡杆和身体协调性,孩子们站在平衡木上,双臂侧平举,努力控制着身体的平衡,快速走过平衡木。
通过此次体能测试活动,让老师们更好地掌握了幼儿的体质状况,了解了不同年龄段幼儿的体能发展水平,并有针对性地对幼儿体能情况进行统计和分析。我们将结合实际情况,设计针对性的体能活动,从而推进幼儿各方面的协调发展。
