一 |     DETROIT -- Jeep maker Stellantis says it will build a second electric vehicle battery factory in Kokomo, Indiana, that will create 1,400 new jobs.The $3.2 billion joint venture plant with South Korea's Samsung SDI is to start production early in 2027.Construction already is underway on the companies' first joint venture factory in Kokomo, which is scheduled to open early in 2025. That $3.1 billion plant announced in May of 2022 also is expected to create about 1,400 new jobs.The city of Kokomo, which is about 60 miles (97 kilometers) north of Indianapolis, made a compelling case to locate the second factory there, Stellantis Chief Operating Officer for North America Mark Stewart said in a statement early Wednesday. Samsung SDI CEO Yoon-ho Choi said Kokomo will be the company's largest production base for electric vehicle batteries in North America. He says it will help Stellantis accelerate a transition to a new era of EVs.“Today’s commitment from Stellantis and Samsung SDI will double the capital investment, the new jobs created, and the impact this joint venture will have on Kokomo and the state of Indiana for decades to come," Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb said in a statement. Stellantis, the world’s fourth-largest automaker, has announced plans to sell 5 million electric vehicles by 2030, with 50% of its North American passenger car and light truck sales going fully electric by 2030. Stellantis also plans a joint-venture battery plant across the border in Windsor, Ontario. The company was formed in 2021 with the merger of Fiat Chrysler and France’s PSA Peugeot.Indiana offered an incentive package of up to about $186.5 million in conditional tax credits, training grants and investments for the first Kokomo battery factory. The money would offset the costs of the plant’s infrastructure, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation said.In 2021 the company announced plans to spend nearly $230 million to retool three Kokomo-area factories so they can produce transmission systems that work with both traditional gasoline-powered vehicles and gas-electric hybrid versions.Eleven U.S. EV battery plants proposed by Detroit automakers have become a central issue in contract talks with the United Auto Workers that have led to 3-week-old strikes against the companies.Union President Shawn Fain wants the 11 plants proposed by Stellantis, Ford and General Motors to be represented by the union and for workers there to make top assembly plant wages because they’re the future of the auto industry.Most of the plants are joint ventures with South Korean battery makers.Last week General Motors made a breakthrough concession by agreeing to pull its three joint venture plants into the union’s national contract with the automaker, essentially agreeing to unionize them.So far, neither Ford nor Stellantis has agreed to the change. The companies have said they don’t want to increase their battery costs to the point where their electric vehicles have to be priced higher than Tesla or foreign automakers with U.S. factories.。    新京报讯(记者张建林)在刚刚落幕的2026年世界人工智能大会(WAIC)上,太初元碁多款重磅新品正式对外发布,包括新一代国产AI自研芯片、超智融合计算系统、人工智能开发者社区2.0、国产AI4S计算平台、全域大模型安全系统等。从底层算力产品到系统级平台,从开发者生态到大模型安全体系,这似乎是一套覆盖 “算力-算法-应用-安全” 全链路的国产智能计算版图,在WAIC的舞台上的完整呈现。         过去半年,AI领域恍如隔世。大模型迭代加速,Agent应用层出不穷。而在算力基础设施层面,一场深刻的逻辑似乎也在发生转变。太初元碁CEO杨晋喆表示,当前算力产业已从单卡性能比拼进入系统级竞争阶段——模型参数突破万亿级、Token工厂向GW级演进、Agent与AI4S对CPU-GPU协同提出更高要求,降低单位算力成本成为核心命题。         在大会期间举办的“大规模国产算力系统驱动AI加规模化落地”主题论坛上,中国科学院院士钱德沛指出,以大模型为代表的新一代人工智能的快速崛起出乎很多人预料,正深刻改变社会——过去几十年习惯的“用计算求解问题”的模式正在发生变化,从建立数学方程进行数值模拟,转向“AI赋能”的数据驱动模式。

二 |          钱德沛将大模型类比上世纪80年代的微机——微机让计算平民化,大模型则让人工智能平民化。“我们应该认识现在变化的这个世界,把握大变革的时机,促进计算和智能的协同,来促进整个应用的落地。”          在论坛上,中国科学院计算技术研究所研究员张云泉指出,当前算力经济面临四大瓶颈:规模与效率失衡、价格竞争失序、度量标准混乱、算力与绿色能源时空错配。他提到,破局之道在于出台算力服务价格管理办法、统一以“元/百万Token”为计价基准、试点国家级算力交易所、推进“绿色能源+智算”联营。         除了论坛上的主题报告外,一场围绕“Token经济时代思考与实践”的圆桌对话也引起不少嘉宾的关注。圆桌对话中,嘉宾们从算力基础设施、芯片硬件、模型推理与应用落地等不同视角,展开了一场关于Token如何驱动产业变革的深度讨论。         “算力的建设已经从纯粹的堆算力,变成怎么更好地利用算力。”上海人工智能实验室编译计算与国产化负责人裴芝林认为,算力单元的转换——即业界热议的“Token工厂”——正是实现这一转变的关键路径。

三 | 如何把算力资源最大化地利用起来,将算力高效转换为Token,是当前产业界最关注的命题。

四 |          是石科技研发总监范洋从工程实践层面印证了这一判断。

五 | “现在市场上的推理请求量非常大,今年下半年到明年,推理将成为主市场,基本进入了卖方市场阶段。”他表示,谁能够把握住算力资源并将其高效转换为Token,以最高性价比站住市场,谁就能在这一轮竞争中占据先机。         太初元碁COO乔梁则从更长的时间维度观察了这一变化。“三到五年前,国内算力中心建设热潮中,很多人建了之后不知道干什么用。

六 | ”而从去年开始,无论是推理所需的配置、存储还是网络,建设都变得“更有目标性”。“整个行业在趋于更成熟、更完备的方向发展。         “Token工厂”不仅是一个概念,更是成为牵引整个产业链协同进化的重要方向。乔梁认为,Token工厂对芯片厂商形成了明确牵引。“用户更关注Token产生的效率高不高、便不便宜。

七 | ”太初致力于通过硬件侧的持续优化,降低Token的产生成本。“目前Token的成本仍然比较高,还达不到生活中用电的水平,门槛依然很高。”          从“按量计价”到“按值定价”,嘉宾们似乎都确信,Token价格必将走向分化。         “Anthropic这么贵,大家还是抢着用,因为它真的有用。”裴芝林认为,Token的价值不在于绝对价格高低,而在于“对谁有用、怎么有用”。“有些Token虽贵,却能像专家一样指出企业问题、帮助提效,物有所值;而聊天等简单场景,便宜的Token就够了。”          范洋以亲身经历印证了这一观点。

八 | “我是软件工程师,在行业里待了十年。”2024年微软发布的Copilot时,他还能放心地说“Agent不会取代程序员”,但2025年下半年Anthropic发布Claude Code后,真切感受到了威胁。“Agent在编程上的能力飞跃,让基础工程师的工作真的可能被替代;能产生实际经济价值的高质量Token,永远值钱。”          乔梁进一步指出,国内未来需要对Token建立标准和分类体系。“生产环节的Token要求效率高、即时性强,定价应与价值绑定;而通用问答或情绪陪伴类Token,则对应更低的成本区间。”他表示,Token与价值之间会形成越来越清晰的对应关系。         编辑 张牵          校对 李立军。
